印度椰子合掌瓜粟米栗子湯

材料: (6碗)印度椰子 1個合掌瓜 1個栗子 200g紅蘿蔔 1條粟米 1條南北杏 30g蜜棗 2粒豬𦟌 半斤水 3000ml
做法:1) 將合掌瓜和紅蘿蔔去皮後洗淨切件,粟米切件,印度椰子切半2)豬肉放入凍水,煮滾後繼續煮5分鐘汆水,拿起備用3)水滾後放入所有材料,再滾後調細火,煲約2小時即成!
Ingredients: (Makes 6 bowls)
1 Indian coconut
1 chayote
200g chestnuts
1 carrot
1 corn cob
30g almonds
2 dates
250g pork belly
3000ml water
Instructions:1) Peel and wash the chayote and carrot, then cut into pieces. Cut the corn into pieces. Cut the Indian coconut in half.2) Put the pork in cold water, bring to a boil and continue to cook for 5 minutes to blanch it. Remove and set aside.3) Once the water is boiling, add all the ingredients. Bring back to a boil, then simmer for about 2 hours until done.
